1. Nature of the Service

Dolmastro (the "Service") is an application combining astrological calculation with market commentary, provided by Dolma Atelier, a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.

All content provided by the Service — including but not limited to personal fortune readings, market commentary, and planetary aspect analysis — is for entertainment and educational purposes only, and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or professional advice of any kind.

Non-licensed-entity statement: the Service and its operator are not a licensed investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planning entity with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC), or any other jurisdiction's regulator, and does not speak on behalf of any such entity.

Nothing appearing in the Service should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service does not knowingly provide service to, or collect personal data from, anyone under 18.

3. Data You Provide (Birth Data / Watchlist)

To use the Service's core features, you'll need to provide personal data such as your date, time, and place of birth, used to generate astrological calculations. You may also optionally provide tickers and related date data for stocks you'd like to track.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter yourself, including manually entered, system-unverified stock listing dates. The Service makes a reasonable effort to label each entry's verification status (verified / estimated / self-provided), but does not guarantee the accuracy of any entry not labeled "verified."

4. Beta Version Notice

The web version of the Service currently available is a free Beta, offered for feature validation and user feedback. As a free Beta:

It is free of charge. We plan to eventually list a full version on the App Store, at which point the Beta may change, be paused, or be migrated into the full release.
Stability, data retention, and feature completeness may be lower than in a full release; we do not guarantee that data accumulated during the Beta (e.g. your watchlist, past reading history) will be fully preserved when migrating to a full release.
If you wish to keep using the Service once a full release ships, you may be asked to re-register an account or migrate your data at that time; details will be announced separately when that transition happens.
The Beta's astrological calculations currently run entirely on your own device — your birth data is not sent to our servers or to any third-party AI service. We plan to introduce server-side AI-generated personalized readings once paid features (via Apple Pay or similar) launch; at that point your data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy, and we will announce this separately before that feature goes live.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid features (e.g. subscription access to personalized readings, chart interpretations, or other premium content) are digital content delivered to you immediately upon successful payment.
Because digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," all purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged in error, or have any dispute regarding a charge, please contact us at dolmastro@gmail.com — we will review each case individually.
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund the portion of the current billing period already paid for; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service content is for entertainment and educational purposes only, is not investment advice, and we are not responsible for financial decisions made in reliance on it.
Service content may contain errors, omissions, or estimates based on incomplete or unverified data; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from this.
We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully suited to your needs.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Cap on liability: to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, if we are found liable to you for any reason, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the total amount you actually paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is lower.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, infringing others' rights, or distributing malware. Violators bear their own legal responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service's content, design, and code are copyrighted by Dolma Atelier. None of it may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted within the Service, with an updated "Last updated" date. We recommend checking back periodically. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in British Columbia, with both parties agreeing to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
